Comfort Inn Auburn - Worcester
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was fantastic very well, maintained clean and nice staff, just need to improve the parking facilities when we arrived there was no parking space due to big trailers/truck parked horizontally and keep 3 and 4 parking space.. hotel management should need to see at the night parking."

"Room was so basic. NOTHING on walls, No nightstands, ripped curtain, hair on bathroom floor, lots, dark and long. Cockroach on the ceiling my husband killed. 2 dressers?? It was a place to sleep, cheap. Staff was friendly and not responsible for the conditions of the rooms. Oh and they are still holding my $100 deposit for damages? Just don’t."

enVision Hotel Worcester Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We made a reservation for a suite, but I didn't pay attention to the beds (king bed and sofa bed). The staff looked at our reservation and saw that there were 4 guests total and upgraded our room for us so that we had a room with a king bed and a shared room with 2 queens. AND they made this change before we even arrived. Will definitely stay here again!"
