There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "

"We had a really nice stay over the weekend in the Hotel Flanders. We had a shared balcony for our two rooms which was amazing! The breakfast was really nice and I liked the vibe of the hotel. It's located only a few minutes from the city centre and thanks to this you have a lot of quiet during the night. Also nice and helpful personnel :) "
