"The room was very nice. The restaurant service, however, was horrible. We experienced extremely long delays for everything - ordering, food delivery, and especially receiving the bill so we could pay. It was so bad we didn't dare have breakfast there the next morning for fear of missing our flight. "

"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. "Personeel was echt onvriendelijk en spraken geen engels. Enkel de balie was ‘vriendelijk’. De kamers waren oud en gedateerd. Hygiene was matig. Bed lag wel lekker en de omgeving is mooi. "

"Chutneys restaurant was disappointing for the type of hotel. A slightly glorified pub with slow, surly service and a very mediocre meal. Sorry. Eat somewhere else. Rooftop bar with funky music if you like that sort of thing."

"Very stylish hotel in the perfect location in Brussels. Close to the city centre with lots of great food options and shopping close by. Room was surprisingly spacious and had nice big shower. Would definitely stay here again. Mini fridge in room with coffee maker and each floor had a water dispenser. "

"This was a quick unplanned stay due to flight interruption. The phone number we had did not get us an airport shuttle, but the airport information staff called for us. They sent a taxi to get us. The morning shuttle was good. We couldn't find any close option for dinner so ate at the hotel. Dinner was fine, but seemed a bit overpriced. "

"Sockets were quite difficult to use. Especially if you are travelling with adapters. Thankfully I have 2 different ones as this is an old hotel and one of my adapters did not fit in at all. I had an upgraded room. Quiet. Comfortable. Heated bathroom floors. Very convenient location."

"Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!"

"Great hotel, location & helpful staff. Easy walking to dining, shopping and local trains. Comfortable bed, but at 6’ tall, bedding covered shoulders or feet! Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."
