"Beautiful view and position"

"I thought they should have let me pay the guest price for breakfast rather than having to pay full price just because I didn’t book it in arrival. Also the breakfast buffet closed at 9 which I felt was too early as checkout wasn’t until 10. I would have stayed and grazed a little longer."

"The room was facing the ocean and the magnificent view was beyond words. However our room was in a state of advanced disrepair and lack of maintenance which included- a very large crack in the mirror behind the bed , a number of cracked bathroom tiles and a general need of some loving care. Certainly not good enough especially at such top rate prices!"

"The kitchen was fully equipped apart from the coffee machine that was mentioned on their advert and very clean and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back again when in the area. Highly recommend. The only thing I would like to mention is in their maintenance inspection they omitted replacement of two downlight bulbs. "Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot."

"Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore."

"一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。"

"The property is at a great location, only a short walk to the town shops. The room we stayed in was on the lower floor. We found it still had a great view and was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was great. All condiments were in the room when we arrived and topped up when the room was serviced. The gas fireplace and the spa bath were also wonderful features. Great value for your money."
