Hotel Best Western di Dumas

"Check in was great; the staff member on duty was super. But the facility as a whole needs some help: razor blade found outside our room on sidewalk, walked past stairwells that needed cleaning, trash in bushes around facility, our bed was not comfortable, bathroom needs over hauled, windows dirty. Breakfast is standard hotel, go thru McDonalds and get something fresh. While our room was clean it could use a could deep cleaning, especially the carpet. Positive - bed pillows and air conditioning....
