"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue.
The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location."

"Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. "

"Fantastic location. You can walk everywhere. One issue to note was that after you book they send you an email and have you check in separately giving details and credit card. And they want you to download an app and login using password they send. It wasn’t explicitly stated in the Expedia listing. Never seen it in a Expedia booking. "I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside...

"We appreciated the location of this hotel - walking distance to pubs and activities but not in a noisy area. The washer/ dryer came in handy - it took a long time, so plan accordingly. We also liked the divided space in the unit. it was a little hot in the room, but we were able to get a fan so that helped a bit"
