My father stayed here on two occasions this past month and he had a great experience. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant service and food were excellent. We will definitely be back.

One of the things that I like the most, is that every day they knock at the door to check if everything is ok, seems to be for security reasons which is perfect to me.

One of the things that we noticed as soon as we open the room door, the room smell so clean. The staff is very helpful courteous and polite. I would like to see an extra hook to hang up the towels.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they came by daily to offer some free snacks to enjoy in the room. The place is also clean on the outside and inside and rooms are also kept very clean.

Night Disruptions but Good Hotel
The only negative was the terrible notice throughout the hotel. There was a vehicle outside with loud music that could be heard as if you were in a night club, then the people transitioned to the lobby which made it worse as we tried to sleep at 2:15 AM. The hotel staff did nothing about it (maybe they tried, but there was certainly no change to the disruption in the middle of the night). The water pressure for the shower was so little that we only had a minimal stream to shower daily. Aside from that, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the warm pool in the middle of December/January.

Excelente para un fin de semana.
La recepcion muy bien, nos entregaron la habitacion una hora antesbdel check-in. Habitacion limpia y en perfecto estado, con los servicios adecuados. La alberca climatizada e ideal para un chapuzon. El estacionamiento sinmayor problema.

I had no cash to pay for breakfast so i used my credit card. Apparently, the terminal the bistro uses lost communication due to wifi issues at the hotel. However, i received notification on my cell i was charged by the bistro for the breakfast wish is equivalent to $24 dollars. I went out and when i returned to my room i was not allowed to go in because i needed to pay the $24 dollar charge cash to the bistro. After i clear that with the front desk and showed them the charge on my credit card they allowed me to enter the room where i had all my belongings. Very annoying they used that instead of reaching out to me directly instead they choose to allow me to enter the room i had already paid for it. After this incident, there was no reason to give my business to this hotel so I moved to another hotel along with my other family members that later came to the city from another state. I've discouraged my family to stay at this hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Our second time staying here and loved it again! Great location in the city, very friendly/helpful staff, enclosed free parking with a gate check, rooms are spacious and clean, and the Chedraui store right across the street is extremely convenient.
