During this trip, the air conditioning in the hotel broke. Rather than fix the problem, the hotel did not bother. Their only solution was to hand out bottles of water occasionally and fans, which did nothing to solve the problem. The room was probably upwards of 90 degrees as the outside temperature was extremely hot during the stay. This made for extremely difficult sleeping and working conditions. There was no real remedy offered and no compensation for extremely poor conditions. I would never stay there again. Otherwise, the hotel was an average property -- not terrible but it wouldn't impress you. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was pretty good. The lack of air conditioning and sauna-like conditions, with very little concern from the staff for elderly or heat-sensitive people in the party, made everyone in the group never want to stay there again. 2/10 - do not recommend. (It would be 0/10 except for the breakfast and quiet area.)

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen,nebst Zimmer. Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Beim check in wurde leider vergessen uns mitzuteieln,das die Klimaanlage temporär nicht funktioniert,dementsprechend warm war es

Burada konaklamadan önce Londra ve Amsterdam'daki Marriottlarda konakladık. Memnun olduğumuz için Düsseldorf'ta da Marriott markasını tercih edelim dedik. Düsseldoef buz gibi doğuktu. Fakat bizim odamız bir türlü ısınmıyordu. Klima soğuk üfluyordu. Resepsiyona durumu bildirdim ve bizi başka bir odaya aldılar ama orası da aynı şekilde soğuk üflüyordu. Yine aradım bu kez baska odalarinin olmadigini ve bir isitici gonderebileceklerini soylediler. Mecbur kabul ettik. Getirdikleri isitici bozuk cikti. Yenisini getirdiler. Isitici ile uyumak zorunda kaldik. Hayal kirikligi oldu konaklama. Ancak yine de bar ve restoran personeli çok yardimsever ve güleryüzlüydü

Really nice place. We were attending a trade show so it was a short ride to the convention Center Messe Dusseldorf, about 20 euros max. Super clean, staff were super friendly. Greeted at the end of each day with free beer and entrees. Nice touch after walking around all day. Restaurant Juliano was really good as well. Only had one meal there but it was delicious and the local beer they served was perfect. Don’t hesitate.
