Lovely hotel

Hotel was super tidy and modern with very helpful staff, especially the lady on reception. The hotel is a little out from the old town but the tram station is literally 1 min walk away. It’s then only 15 mins on the tram to get into the main area!

Very convenient and very comfortable beds

Walking distance to train station. We took one train ride all the way from Dusseldorf hbf. There's a coffee shop around the corner. Beds are comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 people with sofa bed.

Although I do not speak English well, they communicated smoothly with Google Translate. I was happy to have a good night's sleep at a comfortable temperature. They were kind enough to respond to my requests during my stay. I also liked that it was only a 15 minute cab ride from the airport.

Great hotel friendly staff loved the room was spacious bed was comfortable liked the full length mirror. Down side to the room it had no iron and only one pillow for each person there was also a big stain on the mattress with no topper just a sheet to cover it Down side is places to eat appeared to be limited.

We stayed as a family of 4 as our son was taking part in a karting championship about 30 mins away. The hotel was very well situated, easy to get to, pay for parking which was underground and highly secure. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The evening meals were delicious, altho slightly on the pricey side. We had breakfast early everyday as its served from 6.30am and we needed to be out early and the choice was immense, everything you could ask for, including a wide range of hot and cold food and large selection of juices. Our son has a severe allergy and they made sure he could still eat a whole variety of foods.
