"We’ve stayed her before and never had any issues, and the service is always stellar. Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous....

"Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. "

"It was a last-minute off season visit. The room and amenities were first rate and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to Dave who setup and kept the breakfast delicious and well-stocked. He made us feel quite at home. :-)"

"The room had peeling paint and a stain on the mattress. Vending machines did not work. There was always a bunch of kids in pool splashing and sitting in the hot tub. Our bathtub had not been rinsed out. There was all kinds of bubbles in there. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6am -9am. We got there at 8:10am. There was only one serving of eggs left and one serving of waffles. When we asked the front desk person she said thats all for today. When we checked out I accidentally left my...

"The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable."
