The staff are super friendly and the amenities they offer are great at the price point for the room! The coffee in the morning is borderline addicting so good! "

"Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days for the refund? "
