"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. Good breakfast choices. The location to the Mayo clinic was excellent. We stayed in room three thirty and the air conditioner was extremely loud.Which woke us up a lot during the night. I did not like the $150 deposit you have to give. It takes 3 to 4 days to get back. "The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason.
Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll.
