"It is in a great location with good transport connections.
The staff were really helpful and very approachable. Nothing seared like too much trouble which is a nice touch.
The breakfast was really good, with a good selection of cooked hot food, a good cold selection, plenty of fruit and pastries too. The coffee was good with a good selection of alternative teas.

The hostel is in a great location--a short walk to nearby subway and above-ground train stations and adjacent to neighborhoods with lots of good restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "This was my second visit to the Post House and has everything I need for my regular visits to Berlin. Quiet location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and was a highlight.
The Hotel’s location is very convenient with the Anhalter U-Bahn and various bus stops only a short 5 min. walk away.
