All complimentary. Breakfast was complimentary as well. I love that it is connected to the Mall of America. We saw a movie in the mall. It a short walk from Radisson Blu. I will definitely stay here again. I will be booking the executive suite. The amenities alone are worth it."

"Barely seen any staff in the hotel, can’t bring any carry in alcohol even if staying in the hotel. Security will check coolers and make you take it back to your car. You’ll be stuck buying 6 dollar beers when you just want a night cap after losing on their tight machines."

"Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning."
