Decent enough hotel. I came via MSP so used airport shuttle. You do need to call them to come get you (just arrived from UK so had no change for phone, that was a pain) where as other hotel shuttles run on a schedule. Receptionist very friendless. Room large and clean and light. Wood chip wall paper a bit dated looking. Bathroom spotless but tub too small/shallow to use as actual tub, shower nice and hot/powerful. My stay was superb, very pleasant, very COMFORTABLE, very pleasant staff members and always courteous, weather conditions were absolutely pleasant and even though my room was looking to the road, I opened the window. The hotel is basic, but in a convenient location for the Airport and Mall of America. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, which was a big selling point for me. The driver on shift would take residents anywhere they needed to go within 5 miles, and were on hand to ask transport advice as well as about the local area. Great hotel — the staff are genuinely super helpful, the rooms are spotless, and everything you could possibly need is right there (no scavenger hunts required). The bar was buzzing and seriously well-stocked, with a great variety of drinks to keep the good vibes flowing. Breakfast was… *chef’s kiss* — the kind of spread that makes you briefly consider becoming a morning person.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing.
