"I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !"

"The room was clean. One morning I came downstairs and their was a large rolling cart heaped full of trash bags sitting in one of the main hallways by the elevator. There is just one small elevator.
