"Check in instructions were not particularly complete. Understanding how to get into the building was a challenge and a code was required that I never did find in my check-in instructions.
Matters were complicated because the alley behind the hotel where access to the garage is located, was closed off by the city for construction. After circling the block twice to get to the alley, I discovered that my halftime pickup truck was never going to make the turn to get into the underground parking. And then at the back half a block down the alley to find a place to turn around to go back to the front of the property to find a place to park, then went inside to get alternative parking instructions
The good news was that the staff on site were extremely helpful and were able to get me situated. They continued to smile and see that I was taken care of even though I was obviously very frustrated and wasn’t being the nicest."
