"Everything was great about our stay at The Jewel. Its location is great, staff is courteous, and rooms are clean. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in, as well as have them held before we left. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in NYC. Thanks for the wonderful experience!"

"Excellent hotel, the staff are superb and the rooms are lovely (on the small side, but this is expected in New York). Location is ideal, I walked almost everywhere but there is a subway station nearby too. My only slight downside was the sauna needing to be requested to be turned on, but once you know this is the process it’s fine and it’s easy to message and request 20-30mins ahead of when you want to use it. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was confusing. She told me to use the kiosk without any direction. I've never checked in that way and I felt like she couldn't be bothered. I think it was the executive housekeeper who was very friendly and welcoming."
