"The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. "My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels."

"The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. "This hotel felt dirty from the time we checked in.. then after night 2, we woke up to bed bugs and bites all over my husband & I!!! Do not recommend at all!!!"

"The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."
