"The front staff was excellent and helpful"

"Had an excellent stay here. It's located a quick 10 min cab ride from the Amtrak Union Station and in walking distance to local buses that get you to other neighborhoods quickly. There are also supermarkets and a small in walking distance should you need anything last minute. The indoor pool and gym were immaculate. My room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was tasty and the 24/7 lobby hot coffee/tea was a nice perk. Staff was very kind as well. "

"Excellent option for families, couples, really anyone. A newly renovated place of just 2.5 years, I loved it because it was clean and maintained well by the front desk staff. During our stay, the front desk person was the same for the two days we stayed - she was very polite and helpful. I would definitely go back!"

"The room was clean and staff attentive. The in-room amenities were sparse, no coffee, carpet, bags in the trash, chairs to sit in, and the continental breakfast was minimal. If you want a no frills experience in a clean room with a reasonably comfortable bed you found it. The location is excellent, with covered parking too."

"Very enjoyable stay. Close to local shops. Only negative is that the curtains in the room do not close. The design is around the ac unit and are open about 6 feet. Letting bright light and noise from the road through. But otherwise, 10/10 stay."

"I have lived in Burlington VT for 30 yrs after moving from Brooklyn NY & never stayed in the mountain so I went. The Innsbruck Inn had everything I needed ! Amazing buffet breakfast, 8 ft deep pool with 2 outdoor hot tubs, robes in the closet to go to sauna or hot tub in, river to fish in behind the property, an actual key for the door which had 2 doors (one to hallway and one directly outside) & I loved the nostalgic look of the grounds and even the Frigidaire fridge with the old school handle...

I booked through Expedia which said all taxes and fees were included but when we got to the condo we had to pay a little over $50 extra. Wish the price had been what I had booked it. "The Grey Fox Inn was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue involved a booking error. We accidentally checked in a day later than the dates that were originally booked. On our second day, we were informed that we did not actually have a reservation for that night.
