"Beautiful hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. My only concern was the breakfast offered. Premade sealed breakfast sandwiches you heat in the microwave and bagels that seemed like they were from a grocery store when the hotel could (should)source delicious pastries and bagels from the many fine local bakeries and bagel shops in their neighborhood, keeping with their upscale vibe. Rest your head, skip the “breakfast”"

From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. "Ich war volle 13 Tage als Gast da. Das Personal super und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Größe des Zimmers ist für NYC super, sowie der traumhafte Ausblick vom Bett aus!! Das Frühstück ausreichend und preislich echt ok! Die Lage ist super gelegen zum den Bahnmöglichkeiten sowie Bus. Zum shoppen und zum Essen sowie Bars 10von10 Ich werde definitiv immer in das Moxy williamsburg kommen."

"My husband, adult daughter, and I had a double double room. Since our reservation was for 10 days, the hotel put us on the 14th floor. Stunning views of Manhattan! We were awed by the sunrises and sunsets. Tickled that the Empire State and a building I don’t know the name of showed up in Knicks colors (this was during the playoffs). "The room felt safe, quiet, comfy, nice view of the park area. Parts of the room were really outdated. Had to move night stands to access outlets, empty cabinet where a small fridge used to be, picture covering what used to be a frosted window in the bathroom. Staff were nice. Check in and check out were smooth. I would stay again. Restaurant in basement had very good food. Pool was not yet open, and roof top bar was closed when I tried to check it out around 9 pm. Those are likely very nice...
