"I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. My room was not cleaned, and the used amenities were never replenished. There was no fresh coffee provided, and no bottled water or drinking water was left to make coffee. I expected basic housekeeping and restocking of amenities each day, but this did not happen. This lack of attention made my stay much less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping service for future guests."

"The location is excellent and conveniently close to everything. The hotel is very clean, although it could benefit from some updates and renovations. Unfortunately, the area immediately surrounding the hotel isn’t very attractive, which takes away from the beauty of the city. The city itself is charming, with the feel of an old, beautiful European town full of character and history. Despite the surroundings of the hotel, I had a pleasant stay thanks to its cleanliness and excellent location."

"From the minute I checked in I knew this hotel was well run. Stephanie L. showed such interest in the reason for my stay. She was marvelous with her positive, supportive energy. The room was as clean as I have ever seen. You could hear your neighbors in the rooms close by but that’s always the case. If you do not want to hear dogs, DO NOT stay here.
