"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in your family room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several service and facility issues.
First, the hotel felt quite congested, and room service was difficult to reach. After 9:00 PM, calls to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, the hair dryer policy is highly inconvenient; it is unusual for a hotel to have only five units to circulate among all guests upon request.
Most concerning was the condition of the family room located in the cellar. We experienced a power outage during the night, and the staff was unwilling to turn on the generator.
I believe there is significant room for improvement in these areas to ensure a better experience for future guests."
