Staff was unhelpful and nasty to me because of other past guest being bad tenants? Completely a joke and no chairs in room. Table was broken. Fridge not cold. No towels or soap. Pathetic.

The motel wreaked of cigarette smoke. I was not aware that Studio 6 was formally Motel 6 when I booked 2 rooms for family weekend at Syracuse. The sheets had stains, we ran out of toilet paper and the pillows were terrible. The outside of the building had an overflowing trash can .
