"The greeting staff did not provide good instructions on where to park and so I ended up in private parking at a much higher cost. They said Vail has no mosquitos except at the river, and I trusted them only to get bit quite a bit the first night. The rooms do not come with any nightlights so you basically have to leave the bright bathroom light on all night. Many seniors go several times a night. The pillows were extremely fluffy and they could not provide anything thinner. Would not recommend...

"I loved this hotel. It's very clean and smells wonderful. It was great to be able to open the windows and get the cool mountain air in the evening. It's very quiet and the breakfast is wonderful. Lovely, helpful staff and good location. Close to shopping and lots of fun activities."
