"Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. "

"We arrived on a Sunday night after a busy weekend (they got a dump of snow). Our room was cleaned, but not well. Floor had some remnants of pervious visitor and some left over hairs in the tub.
The location would be great for skiing at keystone, A-Bay, or Copper. We only stayed the planned 1 night before our week on resort at Copper. Didn't check out the hot tub or other things.
Coffee in the lobby was fine. It was quiet (Sunday night). Rooms were spacious. Beds were fine. "

"They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?"
