"The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. "The food here is excellent. This is a smaller resort so you cannot expect the large buffets and selection of a large property but what they offered was fresh and delicious.
The staff are wonderful, always helpful and friendly.
They have activities throughout the day. It’s easy to sit around the pool and listen or watch what is going on near the bar.

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. "Our stay at Goldwynn Resort & Residences in Nassau had some genuinely nice aspects, but there were also several issues that are worth mentioning honestly.

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
