Hotel Mewah di Edgartown

"Just came back from our stay here and have to say that we were a bit disappointed. This is definitely not one of the cheaper options to stay at on the island and so we had high hopes when we booked our stay. We've been coming to the Vineyard for years and have stayed at a number of different establishments. This was by far the biggest disappointment. That being said, it wasn't all bad. I feel like if given the opportunity they might be able to change our opinions as the facelift they gave...

"The property was beautiful, clean and staff were quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Delicious smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt and lots of great choices of baked goods. The chocolate croissant - delish! Close proximity to town, lovely garden setting with a nice veranda, and seating areas outside. TONS of great restaurants in walking distance from casual to more upscale. Brant point lighthouse nearby, tons of lovely shops at the wharf. Loved the hotel, loved...

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Elephant. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the complimentary rides made everything so convenient. Loved the nightly turndown with chocolates and water—such a nice touch. A perfect choice for us!"

"The pool is heated and very inviting. It was very helpful to be able to use their bikes as well. The whole hotel is very tastefully decorated. And the free coffee / OJ/ and cereals in the morning perfect for breakfast!"
