"I don’t know where to start, but the only thing favorable about this hotel, we’re the two queen beds which were a good quality mattress. The bathroom, shower and sink both smelled like mold and we requested that someone fix that and also the tub was filling with water during a shower. We were not able to get any clean towels when we requested them. The blow dryer was broken. We requested a new one but did not receive that either. I was not able to take a shower for two nights. We ran out of washcloths. We needed to go to the Jacuzzi room to get a couple of towels, but there’s no washcloth so I had to wash my face with a bath mat. We had asked for room service and eventually we just gave up and had trash overflowing the two cans onto the floor. Well you can imagine. The woman at the front desk wrote down the issues we were having and especially the mold in the bathroom and the lack of towels and the broken blow dryer and I saw her writing that down, but nothing was ever done with the information she took from me we, never received any help for that."
