"You need to do more to soundproof the rooms. Every night from 10-12am and every morning from 7-9am you could here a stampede of people walking over. It was insane. Do better with soundproofing. "

"No breakfast on the first day and had breakfast on the second day but could be better. Stuff was terrible to rude not professional at all. I will never visit this Location anymore. The worst experience ever."

"We left a day early because I just didn’t feel comfortable there. There was a lingering musty smell throughout the hotel. Our room had half painted walls, dust and hair collection on and behind things, stains on the curtains and lamp shade as well as stains/dirt on the walls, rusted and poorly working hinges and door handles and one of the drain covers in the tub was completely missing leaving a hole in the side of the tub. Just made me feel really gross. Not a well maintained hotel."

"Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming. Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so the safety latch didn’t work. Most door frames in the hotel were off by an inch. Window screen was broken and the refrigerator never stopped running and it was noisy when trying to sleep. TVs are not smart tvs. Cable only and no dvd player. Back entrance was regularly used for smoking. Band-aides left for a few days by the pool. Pool/spa temp not being regulated and there is a hole in the wall of the spa going to the pool. Continental breakfast was meh. Kids liked the waffle maker but that’s about it. No filtered water anywhere to refill water bottles. Rooms do not have microwaves. Overall kids enjoyed the pool. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to my friends and family unless you are out of options."

"Good budget lodging. Shower had excellent water pressure. The patio and grilling area of the “deluxe“ room looked nice. The indoor pool and hot tub area looked nice and provided towels, too, but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and helpful. You can hear noise from adjacent and above rooms, and one of the bed sheets could have used some bleaching/stain remover, but overall good value lodging."

"I have stayed at this property before and it is a little worse for wear for sure but still very clean and presentable. I know it's early in the season so that may be the reason but I did not find a lot of staff around to guide or ask questions of. I also realized heading into my stay that it was the school vacation week so as one would expect - lots of children running around!"
