"Hotel was very clean, our room was spotless and the staff was very welcoming. It was convenient for why we were there. Only downside is it is near a hospital so a couple of times we heard the ambulance pulling in. We are light sleepers. Not anything the hotel could control and I don’t fault them. We will definitely stay there again next time."

"I did pre check in and still had to ask for my ID. 8 am I get a knock on the door from house keeping asking when I was leaving I said 12. I got another knock at my door at 1140 to see if I was leaving. I was getting ready to leave in 2 mins. I went downstairs and told the front desk and she apologized and that was it. Also put my room to 65 because it was so hot and very difficult to sleep. My room never got cooler. I wish my stay could have been better. "
