Outstanding hotel to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are very spacious and warm while outside is very cool.I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. Excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

It was an amazing experience on all levels. Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very rich, dinner was delicious. Very spacious (room, lobby, bar, restaurant). Very beautiful interior. The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly and eager to help. However, the hotel its self lacks facilities and entertainment. There was very little to be done at the hotel besides swim and lounge at the coffee shop. Overall it was still a great stay.

the bedroom was great, the service too. the common area by the pool, was dirty, windows not clean, same for tables besides the pool chairs, pool outside closed, even if weather still good and like 25-28 degrees. outside pool area, very dirty.

Great facility but there is a lot of confusion among staff. Nobody seems to know answers to basic questions and everyone asks someone else. The breakfast buffet was OK but again, confusion at the omlette station meant that you simply don't get what you asked for and have to settle for whatever the staff thought you wanted. The place needs management overhaul and training. Besides that, the facility is beautiful.

Beautiful Hotel by Ehden mountains

Stayed for 2 nights over Easter. The hotel is very good, although it is a 2 hour drive from Beirut. The superior and deluxe rooms were extremely spacious and the huge king bed was very inviting and the best we slept in during our week in Lebanon. Everything is modern and the jacuzzi and heated pool, as well as the dining room, have great views of the mountains. We booked a 2 bedroom chalet originally but upon viewing, were left underwhelmed by the small bedrooms and also, they were not annexed to the hotel and it is a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was fine although the coffee was not the best. The serenity of the hotel in the mountain setting and the sunset views were great.

We enjoyed our stay in Mist Hotel, staff were all friendly and always smiling, the room was clean, spacious. we also went to the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were we had a relaxing time. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast buffet: it was a 3 stars buffet not more;
