Great staff, easy walk to downtown. It’s at the end of the Main Street, so it is quieter with easy access to the highway that takes you to the glacier.

Nice hostel with pleasant and helpful staff. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. Rooms weren’t very sound proof as I could clearly hear the ladies next door. Would return again.

Very pleasant place, albeit a little far from downtown if you don’t have a car. However, taxis are less than 4 USD. The knobs have horrible keyholes hard to operate. They seem designed in the XIX century

Great hotel with very attentive staff. Matthew our concierge was very helpful with our flight delay issue. He actively contacted the airport and was genuinely concerned and helpful. The hotel is just a bit outside of the main area which is really nice as it has a beautiful view of the lake.

El personal fue increíble, siempre atentos, muy amables. La habitación amplia, limpia, con Buena ducha de agua caliente y fría. La recepción agradable con una buena vista y se puede ir caminando al centro. Cerca de supermercado, restaurante, panadería. Vale la pena hospedarse. El desayuno muy simple y sin variaciones pero no es para sufrir jajaja

El hotel es aceptable si solo buscas un lugar para dormir, pero tiene varias deficiencias que afectan la experiencia. El desayuno es muy básico, principalmente pan, y si quieres algo más completo, tienes que pagarlo aparte, lo cual es un gran punto negativo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear; ni siquiera hay un bote de basura en la habitación. El baño tampoco es funcional, ya que no tiene ventilación y la temperatura del agua es un problema constante: pasa de extremadamente caliente a muy fría sin estabilidad, lo que hace que bañarse sea una experiencia incómoda. Si solo necesitas un sitio para descansar, ten en cuenta estos detalles, ya que pueden afectar tu estadía y hacerla menos placentera.

O hotel é bom, boa calefação, confortável, limpo. Funcionários excelentes da recepção! Mas o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Tinha pão de forma, 1 bolo e medialunas, porém você não pode repetir a medialuna, pois é limitada a 2 por pessoa. Achei um absurdo, visto que a hospedagem não foi barata!

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor

O hotel possui uma base antiga, mas quartos muito confortáveis, banheiros reformados e excelentes roupas de cama e banho. A limpeza é nota 10 e os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Fica afastado do centro, mas quem gosta de caminhar dá para ir a pé por uma bela paisagem. O ponto fraco do hotel é o café da manhã. Tem pouquíssimas opções, é limitado e restrito. Além disso, houve um certo constrangimento quando fui repetir a medialuna e a funcionária responsável pelo café disse que não podia, pois tinha um limite de 2 por pessoa. Já tinham poucas coisas e o que eu gostei não podia repetir. Essa parte foi decepcionante! O hotel precisa rever seu conceito sobre oferecer um café da manhã de mais qualidade para os seus hóspedes.
