Sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage mit vielen romantischen Brücken über den Lagunen und blühenden Pflanzen und Palmen. Grosse Zimmer mit allem was ein 5* Hotel auszeichnet. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Essen von guter Qualität.

Amazing experience at the Sheraton Miramar in El Gouna. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are slowly being upgraded and wow, once they are all done this place will be even more wonderful.

Great staff and lovely interior
My partner and I loved staying at the hotel. We stayed in a newly renovated and nice room right by the beach. Cleaning and cleanliness were very good and the bed comfortable. On the beach there were many sunbeds available and the staff were very friendly and took drink orders at the sunbeds. All the staff at the hotel treated us nicely both at the reception, in the restaurants and in the bars. The absolute best food in the hotel was served at the oriental restaurant by the water. Good freshly made bread and meat on the table grill! Moh. A Latif who is the responsible manager of both the restaurant and the beach bar was very helpful and made our days extra good with very good service and nice conversations. We will definitely be back!

Ohne Bauarbeiten empfehlenswert
Am Tag nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist kam die Nachricht vom Hotel, dass Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Unser Zimmer war weit weg von den Arbeiten, aber an den (wirklich schönen) Stränden war den ganzen Tag flexen und hämmern zu hören. Auf meine Beschwerde im Hotel hieß es, dass das Zimmer ja nicht betroffen ist. Seltsame Einstellung. Essen so la la, auf für all inclusive eher mittelmäßig. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal.

Excellent location at paradise El gouna Hotel is huge area with so beautiful landscaping and best jogging trail Breakfast was amazing with tasty food and excellent staff Nadin in restaurant is so classy and very accommodating We used paddle board and was a lot fun Short trip but we will come back Only set back not enough drinking water at room and we had to buy our water for drinking and coffee they need to fix this problem

O Hotel é lindo. Fica em El Gouna, proximo a Hugarda. Local bonito, seguro e limpo. De frente ao Mar Vermelho, com praia e centro de mergulho certificado. O restaurante é muito bom, em especial o cafe da manha. Otima opção para quem deseja mergulhar no Mar Vermelho ou descansar.

I booked a beachfront Deluxe room (king bed ) The room was very very dirty ( hair on the bed) no view at all ,I couldn’t see the beach ,so I called the reception and asked to change the room ,they took me to another room with a sea view but not a deluxe room and with two small beds ,I ordered room service found a plastic thing in the pasta ,I complained to them all they did was offer an apology!! One time I asked for a golf card the Receptionist answered in a very rude way that the golf card takes a long time to arrive !! They were late to send me someone to pick up the bags so I can leave to the airport,, The room is really not clean ,very old towels ,even the wall is not clean ,the hotel is very outdated and not a 5 stars standard at all..never been more disappointed in a hotel stay.. totally waste of money..

ビーチがしょぼい。ビーチと言えないような池のようなビーチである。 また、チェックアウト時に部屋まで荷物を取りに来ると言ってこなかったか。細かいところが甘い。

The staff and service were both excellent! The food was great. Everything was clean. My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit outdated. The furniture looks like it’s from the 1990s. Other than that, I loved this resort!

Old 5-star in need of work, 3-star level now
The hotel is old, worn and in need of a makeover, the reception area looks good but the rooms, Spa, bar etc all need work. Top prices, recommended 5-star but appears as a 3-star. The food is the same, very average, 3-star quality. The service is good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. The hotel facilities are as expected - very good and comfortable but not the luxury end of things. I extended my stay by three days as it's definitely one of the better hotels in Gouna for the price and the staff were helpful in arranging this for me. I visited some friends in their hotels and the Sheraton is definitely better value for money in terms of comfort and location. However I changed my stay from full board to breakfast only as the food is not worth it. Maybe this is a result of the slowdown in tourism from covid but I found you could eat better in town for the price. Some of the staff were really excellent and I would like to thank Taha, Rifat and Karim especially. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Gouna.

The property is located in a very nice area with nice beach and a lot of green( trees).Staff were rely nice and friendly.Unfortunately the hotel rooms are in a very bad shape and need renovation badly and they don’t look like a 5 stars hotel at all because they are in bad shape ( I have some photos of what I am saying).Towels are so old and they smell baaaaaad. It seems that the hotel management don’t believe in the tear&wear concept.Frankly I will never think staying there agin because there are many other nice properties in the area.
