"Hotel staff were very customer friendly. Breakfast was a 10/10 experience. You could get a little bit of everything each day. However, the snack bar has a catch to it. It’s not free, and you’re not told that. For every snack you eat, you pay like 15-25 soles for it.
Will still recommend this hotel, just be mindful if you eat from your room, you’ll have a bill at checkout."

"Nice room, clean big, breakfast was excellent. Buffet but you can also order 3 different cooked stuff. Have staff at the door when we arrived almost midnight to help luggage. Staff made sure we get on the right Uber. Have free drinks per night at roof top bar. Swimming pool gym etc. Excellent facility"

"They shower tiles had mould in it, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms.
Most of the hotel staff were great, some were having a bad day and were not very friendly. The staff in the restaurant were a lot nicer than the staff at the desk.
The cost to book the van for transport was extremelly expensive, more than four times of what it would cost to hire a vehicle from elsewhere."

"Having never been to Peru I didn’t know what to expect. This hotel is VERY nice. Every time we had a question about directions or a tour the front desk did everything to help us. We had no trouble getting from the airport and back again.
The breakfast buffet was extensive and good. There was plenty of room for all of the diners who came to eat.
