"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. I was able to park in front of our room. Bumsted’s is next door and has excellent food. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice."

"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."

"I called Expedia and told them I would not stay at the hotel because it was so awful and dirty. The door did not have a proper lock on it and no dead-bolt lock in a very dangerous neighborhood. The property was supposed to have a pool, but the pool was drained. Holes were in the bathroom door. "The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet."
