It's a beautiful resort. The surrounding area looks like a garden. There's also a view of the ocean. It was clean and they had great customer service.

There is nothing around this place. Don't book it if you want to walk to shopping and restaurants. But for a very quiet getaway, it's awesome. They have a good onsite restaurant and the staff are very accommodating. It is only a 20 minute taxi ride from Cagayan airport. The room was big and very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer

This property has clean and well-maintained facilities. We stayed in one of the dormitories which has 8 bunk beds which we thought were well-designed in a roomy space. We love that it had two bathrooms and toilet and had hot and cold water. The personal hot/cold drinking water dispenser was a big plus for us as well. The only con we had was that the way to this place was not very well-paved.

Accomodation with risks.

Fantastic in appearance and great friendly staff but to far from highway. Tuk tuks up their price as they come but have no competition. Pools were closed and going through their draining and cleaning. Kitchen was closed at 5pm. Travel for dinner. Ordered taxi night before for 04.45 am booking to airport but he obviously slept in. No 24 hr desk as stated so waited till 05.10 till l heard staff at their sleeping quarters and told them the situation. He went on his scooter and brought back a taxi. Just made the flight. Lovely staff but would never book if l was aware of these issues. Also no water in early morning so no shower.

It was disappointed. I was hoping of beach resort. The kid pool needs clean up the paint is failing. I have to pick up my ID at 5: 20am cause I have an early flight I had to yell calling for staff. No one in the reception desk.

Property seemed very disoriented from check in to check out. They kept my Fiancées ID when we checked in and never returned it. The hotel driver picked us up at room for ride to airport as we forgot they kept ID. The TV in our room only had one channel. Several items on the menu were not available. They were supposed to send ID by LBC but have yet to follow through. I had intended on staying in the future, but have since changed my mind due to the problem with ID.
