"Theres no queen beds, just two twin beds put together so you can feel in the middle of the “bed” the line. Too expensive to be waken up to screams from other guests outside my room. The floors in the hallway are all dirty and it feels like youre in a labyrinth. Slow check in/check out and the lady upstairs who was hosting the dinner made me feel uncomfortable because I had shorts on and she thought I was using swim shorts lol. "De l’extérieur l’hôtel n’est pas spectaculaire mais aussitôt arrivé dans le hall de la réception c’est bien accueillant. L’ascenseur est très petit, les corridors sont propres . La chambre est petite (lit double) mais rénovée. La salle de bain par contre ne l’est pas, la douche est extrêmement petite, on a bien rit! Le petit déjeuner style buffet est excellent et la dame a l’accueil est très sympathique, L’hôtel est très près du port."

"My family and I stayed here for 6 days. The staff is very friendly and they really look after their guests. Clean facilities. The rooms were also clean and up to date. Chris the manager, was very courteous and friendly, as well as attentive to any questions about the property and Crete’s tourist attractions. The heated pool was a great retreat. The breakfast was wonderful with quite a few healthy options. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting Crete...
