"I wouldn't stay there again,you get what you pay for."

"My stay was overall just okay. The rooms were great — very spacious, clean, and felt more like an apartment, which I really liked. The entire hotel was also kept very clean. However, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. The elevators were extremely slow, even though there are four of them, and this definitely needs improvement. The kitchen/restaurant service was also very slow, and unfortunately the food was not very good or flavorful. Another big inconvenience was transportation. It was very difficult to get an Uber to locate the hotel, and most of the time we had to walk to the nearby W Hotel just to get picked up. Overall, while the rooms and cleanliness were impressive, the service and accessibility issues made the stay less enjoyable. I personally would not return"

"Was told when I booked the concierge told me they had available wheel transportation from the hotel to the cruise ship ports . This was not true and took us 2 hours to find our own . Would book with embassy suites next time . They have handicap accessible transportation."
