"The beds and pillows were probably the most uncomfy things I have ever slept in. And the room was so hot I was sweating all night. It was a really pretty hotel with great staff but very uncomfy holy Hannah. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and nice. Breakfast provided excellent options for everyone. Overall very good. I will come back next time I come to Buffalo area."

"The front desk staff were rude and gave away our King sized room to other guests. Apparently when you have a reservation its first come first served. They offered me two Queen beds and told me to leave when I was upset about giving away our room"
