"The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy."

"What started off as a beautiful pleasant stay ended horribly with my car being damage by the valet driver. Upon first inspection the driver tried lying first saying it was was a glare from The sun. After the manage reviewed the before picture’s the staff take , it was evident that the driver made the damages and tried lying at first . Shame on this staff especially knowing you all take pictures before parking the vehicle. Hopefully this gets resolved, aside from that the check in / out staff...

"The hotel is very nice. Each room has a very nice kitchen, full of plates, cups, pans, everything needed to cook if that is what you want to do. There is a Wawa around the corner to buy anything you need like water, snacks or frozen food to heat up in the microwave. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. It is close to the Metro and buses to easily get to the Smithsonian Museums and other attractions. They offer free premium coffee and popcorn all day. They also offer a wine hour...
