"A venerable hotel steeped in history and in a great downtown Malmö location. About 3 minutes from the Central train station. Outstanding breakfast is included and is served in a room dating back to the 12th or 13th century. The courtyard suites were great. Some upstairs rooms less convenient."

Apart from the first day, no services were provided. There was no coffee replenishment, and basic amenities were lacking. They did not provide slippers or towels, which was disappointing.
