"Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes."

"My room smelled really bad. The phone cord dropped out of the handset when I picked it up. I got shampoo but no conditioner. When I took a shower I found out the drain was clogged. "Desk manager was rude. Our key card would not work. Made 4 trips up and down the stairs, finally she came up and after 10 trys with her card she got the door opened. She told us she would get it taken care. Couldn't leave the room because we had no key. We never heard another word? Left the next morning, no word. We have stayed her before and had a good experience. Its a older place but the rooms are getting dated. Guess we have to try somewhere else next time."
