"We had a great view from our Mountain View room. Breakfast was included and was a range of cereal, bread and pastries and you could make your own hard boiled eggs. It was self check in and self check out which was easy to complete. The restaurant on site served delicious flat breads and there was a great view from the terrace. Hotel is on the bus route to the station for Pontrescina and also Samedan. Our only confusion was the curtains or blinds for the room as we seemed to have a net curtain...

"Great view! Hotel overlooks the lake. Lovely. BUT! The hotel advertised a train shuttle. Sent messages days before - no response! Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over...
