"Front desk was unattended when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Toilet was faulty, cistern did not refill after flushing, I had to refill the cistern with the kettle. My partner used the toilet in the foyer. Told front desk that night, they did nothing. When checking out the next day, I told the front desk, said someone will be in touch. Haven't heard a peep. Sent an email. Haven't heard a peep. Terrible customer service."

"We stayed here after watching a show at the Enmore Theatre. All the staff were great and check-in/out was so easy. Honestly, there's a little noise from downstairs but it was quiet after 11pm and we didn't mind because we were getting back late from the show anyway. Super easy walking location to shops, restaurants, the train station (like 10 mins to Central) and the Enmore Theatre."

"Comfort little hotel with roomy space fit for 3 adult nicely. Room has kicthenette which is helpful. Location is not within city but Very close to Green Square station for short trip from airport and to city. Many good restaurant nearby and 1 supermarket for daily needs. Recomended to stay"

"All of the staff from different areas were amazing so helpful with suggestions of attractions and transport etc. The breakfast buffet was 10/10. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend to family and friends. Close to trains and buses and an easy stroll to the heart of Sydney great location."
