"When I got to my room, the interior lock/bar was in place, so I could only open the door a few inches. Instead of giving me a different room, the lady at the desk had the maintenance man come over and break into the room. The maintenance man was about to leave with the piece that he had just broken, handing loose on the door. I asked him to tighten it, and he did. I would not stay here again. Aside from the obvious issues, the area did not feel safe to me. I feel like there are better places to stay in Pensacola. "

"Clean room. Staff was great. The AC wouldnt come on, just a breaker...called about it, and it was corrected in 10 minutes. At 10pm. Impressive. "

"Absolutely love staying at Pensacola Resort. It’s beautifully decorated, and the room is quiet & very comfortable. There is a small gift shop that had a friendly worker that I enjoyed chatting with- all staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.. The Tiki bar by the pool was good for a quick lunch, The pool seemed nice, but I noticed several chairs were not in good condition which was surprising and were not being used- maybe since it was early in the season they had not been updated. I had dinner at the bar on this visit, but the restaurant is also very good if you want to stay in. I would highly recommend!"

"I really don't have a negative thing to say about this place. Fantastic room, comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast, right on the beach, every room has a view, free parking. Only thing, wish they had a coffee maker in the room. Would for sure stay here again!"

"The shower was dirty. The tv wasn’t working i had to have maintenance come and fix the tv there isn’t an elevator so i had to carry the bags plus three children up the stairs. Riding around the hotel it looks like there’s people permanently living there the balconies looked atrocious my face broke out so bad from the pillows. Would not stay agin"

"First room smelled awful, like very strong cologne. Moved to a second room. Room was only cleaned once during the 5 night stay, even after multiple requests. Not the greatest area. On the upside, the beds are comfortable. Would not recommend."

"The hotel does not look as pictured, the room had a awful mildew smell. The beds were full not queen as I was told on reservation. This place looked like a run down motel I have reached out to customer care and the response is they will educate staff on the different bed sizes and evaluate the condition of the property. That is not a acceptable response."

"Upon our arrival,the young lady at the front desk was so pleasant,it was her second day and I could tell she was nervous,she got us checked in with no problems!!The room and was clean,bed was comfortable and the breakfast was Awesome.We will be returning soon..Really enjoyed our stay!!Thanks for making us feel welcomed!!Recommend to anyone looking for a clean,comfortable,pleasant place to stay!!"
