The bathroom is in need of an upgrade. The toilet seat was in horrible shape and should be replaced. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bath and shower facilities need replaced.

The room was very clean, it was the hallways that were in dire need of cleaning, but overall, once we got in our room it was very fine. The breakfast area is very nice, alot of children, but that was to be expected when so close to the waterpark.

We loved the area. It was close to the casino and shopping malls. The only thing I didnt like was the bed. They are too hard. Every morning my back hurt so bad I wondered if I would break in half

These rooms are not maintained and there is a serious mold problem! My kids and I have been sick since we stayed there 4 weeks ago. The staff tried to do what they could to help and were super nice but this hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

This hotel definitely needs some major remodeling. We arrived for a 1 nights stay. I was booking from the road, so did not read any reviews before booking. When we arrived and walking to our room, we 1st noticed how dirty the carpeting in the hallway was. In the room, it smelled really musty and nasty. Thought some room deodorizer might help. Went and purchased it. In the bathroom, the tub was a very old hot tub with jets. I dont think they worked. But when we turned on the tub faucet, water came from the shower and the faucet and it wasn't draining. and there was a spider. We finally asked for a different room. We did get it and it was much better. But I would not walk barefoot in either rooms. Also another couple that we spoke to in the hallway, said they had to get a different room also, cause the 1st one smelled. No more comfort Inns for me.

Only problem was the jets didnt work in the first whirlpool tub. But they adjusted us to a different room and the jets work perfect

The best place I stayed at was third time to Erie I stayed 2 different hotel will never go back . I will be back next year to stay friendly staff close to lots of places.

Was a nice clean hotel lots around to eat. The only down side was Splash lagoon closed at 2pm in the afternoon andvwas closed Tuesday and Wednesday
