"Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

The staff was magnificent, the room fantastic, the bathroom was large and the location was PERFECT! Right in Plaza del Castillo where the action happens and the bulls pass by in la Corrida de Toros. Loved the Room Key as it felt like staying at a Castle. Highly recommended."
