"The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff. Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. "I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. "Parking was not onsite and was cross the street which was very inconvenient. There steps to get to the elevator lobby which makes the hotel not very friendly for people with accessibility needs, and there was no one to help with luggage and to are on your own. Not really a pleasant experience."

"Central location to everything. The buildings are very uniquely shaped and tall which allowed us to identify where the hotel is anywhere we went downtown Seattle. The bed was comfy, room cleaning and tidying was spot on every day."
