"The hotel is ok, nothing extraordinary. The room felt a little bit on the small side but had everything we needed. The lake view is the biggest asset of this hotel, it was wonderful to wake up everyday with that view. "The hotel is ok. There are a few things that affected our stay. The first and most important is absence of AC, it was really hot in the room. Thanks we have got a small fan. The breakfast was pretty limited, but ok."

"The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were fantastic, all very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are great and quiet and the restaurant has excellent local food options, it also seemed popular with locals. Breakfast was great and the free coffee in reception a good start to the day. The hotel is perfectly situated 10minute bus ride away from Thun and with the Visitors Panorama card this is a free journey. We stayed 3 nights and hope to return soon."

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there.
